The assignment will be to devise, justify and realise a web site to fit the requirements agreed with your tutor. It is likely the topic be something like a travel agents application or car sales. The web site will be supported by a written report of 3,000 words.

Learning Strategies:
The lecture will support the two lab sessions. The lab sessions will support the underlying knowledge and skills required to complete the module, and will be facilitated with booklets, course texts, and the internet. Within lab sessions students will undertake scripting sessions, software familiarisation, design activities, and a look at the wider perspective of architecture and organisation. Prospectus Information
This subject allows the student to build web pages that are suitable for their purpose and compliant to standards. It allows the student to gain an insight into the issues for businesses including hosting of web sites. At the end of the module students should be particularly fluent in scripting and capable of implementing many types of application.
